We collect personal registration details (first name, last name, email address, WhatsApp telephone number, and company credentials) to facilitate secure verification and notifications. We also store spatial metadata, multi-polygon boundary coordinates, and associated tags that you upload to create your monitoring scopes.
2. How We Use Information
Your registration information is used strictly to configure your account, verify your identity via Brevo email OTP codes, and dispatch reports. Spatial boundary geometries are uploaded to satellite tasking APIs to acquire imagery tiles for your land parcels and execute computer vision change classification algorithms.
3. Data Sharing & Third-Party APIs
WatchMyPlots shares coordinate geometries with third-party satellite networks (e.g. Sentinel, Landsat, and private sub-meter constellations) to pull imagery. We do not sell your personal coordinate bounds or contact details to third-party marketing companies. Detections and audit logs are visible only to you and authorized system analysts who review anomalies.
4. Data Security
All account records, GIS logs, and raster references are protected under standard security architectures. Access keys for remote GeoTIFF files use short-lived tokenized S3 URLs. OTP verification restricts dashboard access to authenticated, verified emails.
5. Your Choices & Deletion
You can delete monitoring scopes at any time. When a parcel registration is deleted, all historical ChangeDetectionLog anomalies and satellite scan logs tied to the parcel are removed from active databases.
